About This Product

This is a vinyl LP pressing of Moon Faced and Starry Eyed (Verve By Request Series) Max Roach 4. The American jazz drummer and composer originally released his studio in 1959, via Mercury Records. Produced by Hal Mooney, the album was recorded at Universal Recorders in Chicago and features vocalist Abbey Lincoln on two tracks, “Never Leave Me” and Cole Porter’s “I Concentrate On You.”
