About This Product

This is a 2024 reissue vinyl LP pressing of In The Dark by Grateful Dead. The American rock band originally released their twelfth studio album on July 7, 1987, via Arista Records. Produced by John Cutler and band member, Jerry Garcia, the album was recorded at Marin Veterans Memorial Auditorium in San Rafael, California. In The Dark became unexpectedly popular, achieving double platinum certification in the U.S. It reached No. 6 on the Billboard 200 chart, the Grateful Dead's only top ten album.
