This is a vinyl LP pressing of The Car by Arctic Monkeys. The English rock band originally released their seventh studio album on October 21, 2022, via Domino Records. Produced by James Ford, the album was recorded at Butley Priory, Suffolk, La Frette, Paris and RAK Studios, London and it features frequent guest musicians Tom Rowley, Loren Humphrey and Tyler Parkford. The LP includes a wide array of genres that include orchestral rock, lounge pop, baroque pop, and funk, as well as elements of jazz. It also draws influence from soul music, electronic music, glam rock, bossa nova, traditional pop and vintage film soundtracks. On the charts, The Car debuted at number two in ten territories, including the United Kingdom. It became Arctic Monkeys' first album to not reach the top spot of the UK Albums Chart.
