This is a vinyl LP pressing of That's the Way of the World (MOV Reissue) by Earth, Wind & Fire. The American soul-funk/R&B group originally released their sixth studio album on March 15, 1975, through Columbia Records. Produced by Maurice White and Charles Stepney, That's the Way of the World rose to No. 1 on both the Billboard 200 and Top Soul Albums charts. It was also the soundtrack for a 1975 motion picture of the same name. They won a Rock Music Award for the album in the category of Best Rhythm and Blues Album. The album is filled with gems ranging from the sweat funk of "Shining Star" to the gorgeous ballad "Reasons".
