About This Product

This is a vinyl LP pressing of Sleeper by Ty Segall. The American indie rock musician released his sixth studio album on August 20, 2013, through Drag City. Recorded between January and March 2013, the album features primarily acoustic psychedelic folk compositions and is influenced by the death of Segall's father and his subsequent estrangement from his mother. Ty engineered this one from beginning to end, and his ultimate sonics were accessed with a freaky hand and an instinct for what makes something perfect. Sleeper flows more colours than ever before through your mind's eye, pushing the walls of the universe out just a micron further, making everything heavier and lighter all at once, to allow for one moment that will live forever.
