About This Product
One of the Djembe's traditional functions in Africa is as a healing drum. Remo Djembes are based on the same traditional Djembe tone and form combined with Remo's modern advances. The Designer Series Apex Djembe's moulded-ABS plastic construction and Skyndeep synthetic drumhead are made to withstand environmental heat and humidity changes that can affects tone and potentially ruin an instrument, meaning you'll get consistent sound and performance indoors and out.

Does my order come with a warranty?
Yes! All orders come with Essential Coverage for a year from the date of purchase once you've registered your order details in your Swee Lee account. Log in to Swee Lee with your BandLab account and get another 6 months of complimentary warranty.
Can I test an item before buying it?
Unless displayed in a store, we keep our instruments freshly sealed in our warehouse. Should you wish to try an instrument before ordering it online, please call your favourite Swee Lee showroom before heading down, and our staff will be happy to assist!
