Pearl’s value-based Modern Utility Snare drum line has been expanded to include two new Steel shell models. Shimmering, open, and untamed, each Modern Utility Steel snare features a 1mm beaded Steel shell, rolled to ring with open punch at full force, and speak with crisp sensitivity at lower impact.
Blasted with a satin-textured coating to give a cool, versatile vibe, the 14” models come in both 5.5” and 6.5” depths and feature Pearl’s CL arch lugs and smooth SR700 snare strainer for precise tunability. Each model makes an exceptional primary or added snare, and brings a high-volume voice to the playing field at a totally accessible price.
Can I pre-order an item if it’s currently unavailable?

Does my order come with a warranty?
Yes! All orders come with Essential Coverage for a year from the date of purchase once you've registered your order details in your Swee Lee account. Log in to Swee Lee with your BandLab account and get another 6 months of complimentary warranty.
Can I test an item before buying it?
Unless displayed in a store, we keep our instruments freshly sealed in our warehouse. Should you wish to try an instrument before ordering it online, please call your favourite Swee Lee showroom before heading down, and our staff will be happy to assist!
Will my order come with any accessories?
