This is a vinyl LP pressing of Live at the Detroit Jazz Festival by Wayne Shorter. The collaboration live album features a recorded performance from jazz's greatest living musician, saxophonist Wayne Shorter, drummer Terri Lyne Carrington, bassist Esperanza Spalding, and keyboardist Leo Genovese. The album was recorded live at Carhartt Amphitheater Stage at the 2017 Detroit International Jazz Festival on 3 September 2017. The album was named the Best Jazz Instrumental Album at the 65th Annual Grammy Awards.
