This is a vinyl LP pressing of Let’s Rock by The Black Keys. Let’s Rock, the band’s ninth studio album, was released via Easy Eye Sound/Nonesuch Records. After a five-year hiatus, this long-awaited album marks a return to the straightforward rock sound that defined their early days. Singer/guitarist Dan Auerbach and drummer Patrick Carney crafted the album by writing and tracking live at Easy Eye Sound studio in Nashville. Featuring backing vocals from Leisa Hans and Ashley Wilcoxson, Let’s Rock is a celebration of electric guitar, with a raw, simple approach that strips away the excess, much like their earlier work. Auerbach says, “When we’re together, we are The Black Keys. That’s where the real magic is, and always has been since we were sixteen.”
