The Ibanez RGA42FML, introduced in 2020, stands out as the inaugural left-handed model within the RGA series of solid body electric guitars. Crafted in Indonesia, it marks Ibanez's commitment to catering to left-handed players with the renowned RGA design and features.
The RGA42FML showcases a sculpted flamed maple veneer top adorning a meranti body, connected to a bolted maple neck. It features a 24-fret jatoba fingerboard with offset dot position markers. Notable components include a pair of Ibanez Quantum passive humbucking pickups, an F106 hard-tail bridge, and reliable Ibanez tuning machines.
