About This Product

The JS3CR, a limited edition JS series solid body electric guitar by Ibanez for 2023, serves as the signature model for American guitarist Joe Satriani. Produced in Japan by FujiGen and revealed at the NAMM show 2023 in celebration of the 35th anniversary of Satriani's renowned JS model, the JS3CR boasts a basswood body, a bolted-on maple neck, and a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Notable features include an Edge double locking tremolo bridge, a locking nut, and DiMarzio humbucking pickups (Satchur8 at the bridge, PAF Pro in the neck). Equipped with Gotoh machine heads, the guitar includes unique controls such as a master volume with push/pull hi-pass filter, a master tone with push/pull coil-split for the bridge pickup, and individual toggles for each pickup.
