About This Product

This is a vinyl pressing of Green is Beautiful (Blue Note Classic Vinyl Series) by Grant Green. The American jazz composer and guitarist originally released his album in July 1970, via Blue Note Records. Produced by Francis Wolf, the album was recorded at Van Gelder Studio, in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. The album features guitarist joined by Blue Mitchell on trumpet, Claude Bartee on tenor saxophone, Emmanuel Riggins and Neal Creque on organ, Jimmy Lewis on bass, Idris Muhammad on drums, Candido Camero on congas, and Richie Landrum on bongos.
