About This Product
This is a 10th-anniversary coloured vinyl LP pressing of Good News For People Who Love Bad News by Modest Mouse. The American rock band originally released their fourth studio album on April 6, 2004, via Epic Records. Produced by Dennis Herring, the album was recorded at Sweet Tea Studio in Oxford, Mississippi and Easley-McCain Studio in Memphis, Tennessee. Good News for People Who Love Bad News was nominated for the Grammy Award for Best Alternative Music Album in 2005. It was certified 2x platinum by the RIAA in March 2024, and had sold over 1.5 million copies in the United States by 2006.
