About This Product

This is a 40th-anniversary crystal-clear vinyl LP pressing of Glasswork (2022 MOV Reissue) by Philip Glass. Glassworks was originally released in 1982. The album is a six-part chamber music work by Philip Glass. After his larger-scale concert and stage work, Glassworks was Philip Glass's successful attempt to create a more pop-oriented “Walkman-appropriate” work, with significantly shorter and more accessible pieces written for the recording studio. In fact, the cover of the cassette release stated that it was “mixed especially for your personal cassette player”.
