This is a limited edition vinyl LP pressing of Flight Of The Behemoth by Sunn O))). The American experimental metal band originally released their second studio album on January 22, 2002, via the Southern Lord record label. Produced by Mystik Kliff & Mathias Schneeberger, the abum, was recorded between April 1998 and November 2000 in The Gas Chamber, Los Angeles. The band collaborated with the Japanese noise artist Merzbow, who mixed tracks 3 and 4, and a recording of the two performing together at the 2007 Earthdom Festival in Tokyo. The bonus track "Grimm & Bear It," which was recorded live at Gaba in Los Angeles in 1998.
