Electric guitar pickups have been wound with wire since since they were invented in the 1930's. 80 years on, and Fishman, a leading name in amplification technology, have unwound them. A completely original and re-imagined concept in pick up design, Fishman Fluence pickups are free from the hum, noise and frustrating inductance issues that plague even the best wire-wound pickups, revealing pure, uncorrupted musical tone.
Fluence pickups come in all types and shapes, and can be installed on practically any guitar or bass. Fluence pickups are multi-voice and powered by a Fluence rechargeable battery pack or a standard 9-Volt battery.The Fluence Bass Soapbar pick up set offers the revolutionary Multi-Voice performance, dynamic range, and articulation to 4 and 5-string bassists. The set comes with a 2-band EQ with separate treble/bass, Blend pot with easy in/out harness, Push-pull pot for volume/coil split, 3-way mini toggle switch for easy voice selection, and all components needed for the Fluence Bass wiring scheme.
