The American hip-hop group originally released their debut album on March 24, 1992, via EMI Records. Produced by Todd Thomas (Speech), the album's chart success ignited the popularization of Southern hip-hop. The album is also included in Robert Dimery's book 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die.
