This is a limited 2016 reissue vinyl LP pressing of Seventeen Seconds by The Cure. The English rock band originally released their second studio album on April 18, 1980, through Fiction Records. Produced by Mike Hedges and band member Robert Smith, the majority of the songs were composed by Smith in his parents' home, on a Hammond organ with a built-in tape recorder. The single "A Forest" was the band's first entry in the top 40 of the UK Singles Chart.
