It has a 5" x 13" African mahogany drum shell, 2.3mm shell counter hoops, Pearl's SR-015 Gladstone-style vertical pull throw-off, and precision-fit stainless steel tension rods with solid brass swivel nuts for super-precise tuning., and of course, Omar Hakims signature on the shell. This snare delivers a perfect blend of sonic power, projection, cutting attack, and tonal colour.
