This is a limited 2017 reissue vinyl LP pressing of British Steel by Judas Priest. The English heavy metal band originally released their sixth studio album on April 14, 1980, through Columbia Records. Produced by Tom Allom, British Steel was recorded at Tittenhurst Park, home of former Beatle Ringo Starr, a recording studio located on Tittenhurst's grounds, after a false start at Startling Studios in December 1979. British Steel was ranked third on Rolling Stone's list of "100 Greatest Metal Albums of All Time". The album was also included in the book 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die.
