We have over 7,000 products in inventory and more are being added regularly. Should you not be able to find something, do email us and we will get back to you!
- Add: Simply click add items to cart once you have selected an item for purchase. Should what you are looking for is out of stock, simply click on stock notification. Or click request information for more assistance on that product.
- Checkout: Click proceed to checkout once you are done and ready for payment!
*Important: kindly look out for order confirmation sent to your email after you have made payment. Should you not receive any, kindly email us.

Select EasyPay as payment method upon checkout. Do kindly check your email for confirmation after an order has been placed.
* EasyPay sometimes experiences unsuccessful transactions if your card is not registered with a bank based in Singapore. You can try again Paypal Checkout which also processes credit/debit cards – if you still experience problems then please contact us for assistance.
** Currently unavailable for Indonesia orders.. However, it is still possible to pay with credit cards via PayPal checkout.
PayPal provides quick and safe payment. Please be informed that PayPal checkout can also process credit/debit card payment.
- Bank Transfer
Should you choose Bank Transfer option, the order status will be 'Pending'. We will get in touch with you for our bank details. Once the transfer is confirmed, we will then proceed to process your order. An additional $20 processing fee is applicable for incoming fund from outside of Singapore; sender's processing fee may also apply.
*All transactions will be done in Singapore Dollars. Currency view is only indicative and do not reflect final charges. It is also subject to exchange rate fluctuation.
** We are not responsible to cover any processing fees, currency exchange fee or any other transaction fees that may be imposed by your bank or PayPal.
*** Cash on Delivery is currenly not available.
All goods sold online are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Under the circumstances where an unforseen problem arises and requires a refund or exchange, Swee Lee promises to work our best to resolve the situation for our customers. We reserve the rights to accept or refuse any refund and exchange not meeting our eligibility guidelines.
Product exchanges are to be done directly at our showrooms or service centre, after a preferred appointment has been set.
Please allow 10-14 working days for the refund to be processed and completed.
We reserve the rights to cancel orders for any reason. Possible reasons include potentially compromised security, fraudulent transactions, incorrect pricing or non-payment.

Tourist Tax Refund
If you are a tourist visiting Singapore, and would like get the tax refund for your purchase with us, kindly make the purchase at our showrooms. Tax Refund is not available for online purchases.
Tax Refund is applicable for purchases with a total value of S$100 and above. Passport will be required for verification.
